Ever opened a Document on your PC late and night, and felt like you were blind for a minute straight? ๐ฃ If you are a dark mode lover like me, you might like this blog post ๐
In this blog, let's see how one can activate Dark mode in your Office products like MS Word, Powerpoint etc. In this case, I have Office 2019. You can follow a similar approach on other versions as well.
Open one of your MS Office products (here I opened MS Word). Once the window opens, by default you should land on the File window. If not, you can navigate to it by clicking on "file" from the menu (on the top left of the window).
Remember changing the theme in one office product, changes the theme in all of them (wherever applicable)
Then click on the "Account" option (on the sidebar).
In this section, there's an "Office Theme" option available. You can then select Black/Dark Gray from the dropdown to implement Dark mode.
This is how it looks after activating the black theme:๐

You can also change the theme in another way: In the sidebar under "File", click on the "Option" option. This will open up a Dialog box like this:
Click on the "General" tab, in here, under the "Personalize your copy of Microsoft Office", you can change the theme as desired.
Theme only changes the view of the document. The theme doesn't really change the original colours in the Document.
That's it for this short blog ๐ Hope it helps!
